     Congratulations as you begin the journey to bring new life into your family!  My desire is to offer encouragement and support as you start this transformational period.  The services I provide are designed with your needs in mind.  Please see my doula package (described below), or I am open to customizing a plan just for you.  If you have a scheduled cesarean delivery, please contact me for pricing and services.  A one-time travel fee of $80 will apply to births beyond 50 miles from Cedar City.  Whether you're just curious or ready to schedule your first prenatal visit ​with me, I'd love to talk with you.

What I Provide

   THE ESSENTIALS PACKAGE      $800   (repeat clients $650)  
​Two or three prenatal visits
Continual phone/text and email support
Childbirth education and birth plan assistance
Breastfeeding information and support
On-call service 24/7  (usually at 38 weeks) as due date approaches
Emotional and physical support throughout labor and birth and
 up to two hours after baby's arrival
One postpartum visit in your home​ 
(Are you wanting more than two or three prenatal
classes? Ask me about adding additional birth classes.) 

FIVE-WEEK SERIES OF 'LET'S GET READY' CHILDBIRTH CLASSES     $300
Personal classes (two hours each week) 
Comprehensive pregnancy/labor/birth education
Nutrition, pregnancy exercises, what to truly expect
​Birth plan assistance, breastfeeding information
A variety of relaxation techniques & comfort measures

TWO-HOUR 'REFRESHER' BIRTH CLASS     $80
Already experienced birth?  Need a refresher? 
This class is designed for you and your coach 
Condensed class (the nitty-gritty, nuts & bolts of birth, as well as
comfort measures & relaxation techniques)  

LAST MINUTE CALL-OUT     $600
This option is for those who have not previously arranged 
support with me but who decide at the last minute
or during labor that she does want the benefits of having my support.  
Schedule permitting, I will come to your place of birth (hospital or
birth center only, for this option) and will provide excellent
labor support. 

BIRTH DOULA TRAINING      $600
Are you wanting to train as a birth doula?  Contact me for requirements
and to schedule your hands-on workshop.  

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT PACKAGE      $400  
This package includes 12 hours of support (divided into four 3-hour visits) and 
includes services such as meal prep, help around the house, childcare, emotional support
& pampering for mom, time for a nap or shower, etc.  
You can customize your doula shifts to your needs, and if you'd like ongoing 
support beyond the first few weeks, we can discuss this. 

EIGHT-HOUR OVERNIGHT POSTPARTUM SHIFT      $275
Is a restful night's sleep what you need but is so hard to get? This may be 
an ideal option for you as you're recovering and healing from birth. 

VIRTUAL BIRTH DOULA SUPPORT        $600 
Ideal for those not living in close proximity to me or who might have others supporting
their birth but would like my guidance and experience. Please contact
me concerning details for this type of support.  For home birth clients, a midwife
must be attending your birth.

 Payment plans are available.  Discounts are offered for military/law enforcement,
​emergency responders, single moms and moms considering adoption. 
If cost is an issue, please contact me. A scholarship may be available to help
​offset the cost of my doula package.

​and I believe all women should have compassionate support during birth.
